Experience the authentic taste of South Africa with our premium biltong. We don’t cut corners, and we certainly don’t compromise on quality. Every batch starts with 100% grass-fed beef silverside, carefully selected for its superior cuts and rich, natural buttery fatty flavour.
Our Meat Maestro (no corners cut, our meat cutting is a one man team!) personally hand-selects and prepares every cut, carefully trimming away any 'silver skin and gristle' and then slices the biltong into a variety of fatty and lean sticks before they head to the dryer.

Storage:
We recommend to consume your biltong within 48 hours of opening the bag for best quality.
Please do not store your biltong in the fridge or in plastic containers as this’ll result in your biltong ‘sweating’ which will create mould.
Store your biltong in a dry, cool place out of any direct sunlight in its paper bag (in the cupboard will be absolutely fine), this will allow the biltong to ‘breathe’.
Each online order is packaged in a paper bag inside a sealed plastic bag.
