Chakalaka boerewors is a vibrant, spicy twist on South Africa’s traditional beef and pork sausage, expertly fusing core notes of coriander, cloves, and nutmeg with a fiery vegetable relish.

This variant incorporates the bold flavours of chakalaka, traditionally a pungent mix of tomatoes, onions, carrots, peppers, and curry spices directly into the coarse meat blend, resulting in a rich, juicy sausage with a distinct, warming kick.
