Flavouring: [(Celery), Maize Flour, Maize Meal, Colourants, MSG (Flavour Enhancer), Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat (Palm Fruit), Anticaking Agent, Acidity Regulator, Spice Extract (Antioxidant – TBHQ)], Salt, Spices, Sugar, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate). Storage:

We recommend to consume your biltong within 48 hours of opening the bag for best quality.

Please do not store your biltong in the fridge or in plastic containers as this’ll result in your biltong ‘sweating’ which will create mould.

Store your biltong in a dry, cool place out of any direct sunlight in its paper bag (in the cupboard will be absolutely fine), this will allow the biltong to ‘breathe’.

Each online order is packaged in a paper bag inside a sealed plastic bag.
