Traditional Boerewors mixed in with a South African Chakalaka spice.

Boerewors is a traditional South African sausage, meaning "farmer's sausage" in Afrikaans.

Our team makes our boerie in house, we use silverside, topside and brisket cuts of beef which are then seasoned in traditional South African spices and then minced one time causing a nice coarse texture. We then case them in hog casings.

Perfect for the braai!
