At Stort Biltong, our sliced biltong is a true labour of love—and it's a customer favourite for a very good reason. It took our skilled butchery team three dedicated years to source the absolute highest-grade beef to meet our exacting standards.

We use premium cuts of silverside beef sourced from the Southern Hemisphere, derived from grass-fed cattle. This combination creates an exceptional, authentic flavour profile highlighted by a uniquely rich, buttery, and creamy fat.

Every batch is meticulously prepared by our master butchers. To suit every preference, our selection includes options that are expertly trimmed for a leaner bite, alongside cuts featuring luxurious, flavourful caps of fat that melt in the mouth.

Consume within 48 hours of opening for best flavour, texture and quality. Store in its brown bag in a cupboard out of any direct sunlight. Do not store in the fridge as this will make the biltong 'sweat' which will cause mould in the long run.
