Freddy Hirsch Sosatie Boerewors spice features a distinct, sweet and fruity flavour profile inspired by traditional Cape Malay Sosaties.

This specialty seasoning blends warm notes of peach, fried onion, and aniseed with classic boerewors spices like coriander. When mixed into a coarse-ground beef and pork blend, it creates a juicy sausage with a mildly curried, chutney-like aroma that cooks especially well over hot braai coals.

Each coil weighs around 750g (not accurate - size may be 10% higher/lower).
